Dave Mann - C.E.O. / President

Dave Mann founded Patriot Roofing in 1995 because he saw a need for a new kind of roofing company.  15 years later, his vision of building a comprehensive roof construction company that’s sole vision is to help customers, continues to evolve.  With the formation of Patriot Roofing’s solar division, www.greensolarroofing.com, an unparalleled staff and over 4,000 projects completed, Dave contributes his company’s success to having the right team in place, and the unwavering will to find solutions to all perceived challenges.

Jeff M. Nett - C.O.O. / Director, Business Development

Jeff M. Nett is a proud San Diego native and a CSUSM business graduate. His experiences have provided him with a focused yet relaxed demeanor that is appreciated by our clients and our staff. On the operations side, Jeff has partly created and overseas the systems put in place to make sure that in the end, our customers are completely satisfied. On the business development side, Jeff works hard to build trusting relationships with community association managers and building owners. He is responsible for developing a strong team to support our growing commercial and residential business. Finally, Jeff enjoys marketing Patriot Roofing and Solar and shares the vision of being recognized as San Diego’s best roofing contractor. Surfing, tennis, triathlons, volleyball, and mountain biking are all activities that help Jeff stay level headed.

Tonya Adams - Office Manager

Tonya Adams moved from Washington State and joined Patriot’s team in early ’10. From her first interview, we knew she was the right fit. Her roofing background of 10 years gave Patriot the experience needed in an Office Manager. The tenacity she has in problem solving, and creating solutions, are strong attributes that contribute to Patriot’s sustained growth. Her faith in Patriot Roofing, and the opportunity of being the best in San Diego is what fuels her on a daily basis. Tonya is always looking to improve her skill sets too. She is aiming for a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in construction management. With Tonya, she works hard, but plays hard too. Whether it’s snowboarding dormant volcanoes, scuba-diving in the worlds’ oceans, fishing with her ‘Pops’ in Alaska, or afternoon finger painting with her daughter (and light of her life), Tonya finds gratification in life’s small outlets of enjoyment.

Robert Thomson - Production Manager

Robert Thomson has over 30 years of experience in the roofing industry, and is a highly regarded professional. Roofing on both the east and west coast has made him tough, confident, and respected. He looks after the customers’ interests by demanding the best from his crews. His position requires top managerial and organizational skills, which Robert juggles extremely well. With such a hard job, it’s no wonder Robert balances his weekly stress with weekend fun by playing soccer and shooting photography.

Lynette White - Administrative Assistant

Lynette White is also a San Diego local. She grew up in North County with spurts of living in Denver and Lake Havasu City. Lynette is one of a kind, and Patriot is lucky to have her. Lynette started six years ago in payroll, accounting and human resources. It’s amazing how much she has excelled in that short of time. In our eyes, she really serves as the Director of First Impression. She is the main one to greet people at the office or on the phone. Our efficient front end systems are a testament to her friendly customer service, accurate organization, and poignant delegation of work. Besides work, Lynette likes swimming, softball, off-road racing, boating at the river, cooking, and entertaining friends and family.

Ron Link - Solar Manager

Rene Munoz - Project Manager

Rene Munoz is an extremely valuable asset to Patriot Roofing and Solar. In many ways, he’s a professional communicator. Being able to educate the customer on the process of their roofing project is what Rene does best. On top of that, Rene is able to manage progress on all his jobs, all while relaying messages between the client, corporate, and the crews. His experience goes back over 15 years and it shows when he walks on any roof. His knack for listening, and knowledge of roofing, helps clients comprehend their roofing project, which make for happy customers. Spending time playing with his kids is what winds him down after a long hard week.
