Dave Mann - President
Dave Mann founded Patriot Roofing in 1995 because he saw a need for a new kind of roofing company. 13 years later, his vision of building a comprehensive roof construction company that’s sole vision is to help customers, continues to evolve. With the formation of Patriot Roofing’s solar division, www.greensolarroofing.com, an unparalleled staff and over 4,000 projects completed, Dave contributes his company’s success to having the right team in place, and the unwavering will to find solutions to all perceived challenges.
Hanah Lowe - General Manager
Hanah Lowe is the type of person that every great company has at the helm. Her ability to lead and nurture, yet never shy away from a challenge, is the spirit and culture that is found at the Patriot Roofing corporate offices everyday. Hanah and her staff manage all office operations in addition to all warranty processing, which is one of the primary advantages to hiring Patriot Roofing to install your roof.
Ken Sidley - CFO
Ken Sidley is considered by the Patriot Roofing staff to not only be a great CFO, but a very caring member of our team. Ken truly has our company's best interest and constantly represents us with our vendors in a fair and professional manner. One of the many highlights of Ken's career was a two year contract with Monier Lifetile, one of the largest concrete tile manufacturers in the nation. Additionally, Ken has owned and operated multiple businesses through the years and carries with him the experiences and ideas of great companies. President Dave Mann considers Ken's contributions to our company, those that will carry us to uncharted success.
Carmen Hall - Accounting Manager
Carmen Hall possesses an attitude that makes her the ideal person in her position. Carmen manages all aspects of accounts payable and payroll and works together with her staff on accounts receivables and human resources. Also, Carmen is a great conduit between our production teams and management staff as a bi-lingual speaker.
Guillermo “Memo” Navarro - Production Supervisor
Guillermo "Memo" Navarro is Patriot Roofing's most trusted roofing expert with nearly 15 years in all phases of the roofing industry right here in San Diego County. Memo spent eight years with one of largest residential roofing contractors in the Western United States and possesses immense knowledge of our industry's best practices. Additionally, Memo's management skills are hard at work six days a week as he oversees over thirty producers for Patriot Roofing's production schedule.
Tim Napper - Coastal Project Manager
Tim Napper was born and raised in San Diego County and has been in the Construction industry for the past 7 years. Servicing San Diegans in varied careers for over 20 years, Tim appreciates the opportunity that each roofing project brings. Tim is an ardent supporter and leader of Patriot Roofing's foray into the Green Building movement and Solar Integrated Roof tiles. A water proofing expert, Tim realizes the significance of thoroughness, patience and follow-through.
Rob Gray - Commercial & HOA Project Manager
Rob Gray has been involved with Patriot Roofing Inc. for over 10 years, and has recently dedicated himself solely to the Patriot Roofing Commercial and HOA Division. As a proponent for environmental responsibility, Rob is committed to providing customers with intelligent choices when trying to satisfy the requirements of California's Title 24 Energy Conservation Mandate and meeting the EPA's certification as a "Green" product, Leed, Recyclable, and sustainable. Additionally, Rob has led Patriot Roofing’s title and membership of “Carlisle Certified Roofing Contractor,” the nations leading manufacturer of Thermal Polyolephin(TPO).
Emilio Lopez - Inland Project Manager
Emilio brings 26 years of experience specifically in the roofing industry, as an owner, employee and now Expert Project Manager. Emilio's professional and practical knowledge regarding roof applications and products has earned him the title of "ROOF EXPERT." He was personally responsible for training over 500 building inspectors in central California and was a second generation roofing contractor beginning with his father's roofing business when he was 14 years old. Emilio enjoys working with HOAs, architects, General Contractors, Property Managers and homeowners and insuring that they will truly understand the roofing process before making a hiring decision.
Todd Feltman - South Bay Project Manager
Todd Feltman has been in the construction industry for nearly his entire career and is an appreciated expert in solar save roofing tiles as well as all aspects of residential roofing. Todd’s active role in Patriot Roofing’s vision of energy efficient roofing systems makes him a valuable contributor to our customers improving carbon footprint.
Ian Mahon - Inland Project Manager
Ian Mahon is not only serving our customers roofing needs, but as a licensed general contractor provides a wealth of knowledge for overall construction. With the recent fires and new codes prohibiting attic ventilation, Ian has become an expert in educating customers on how to better ventilate their roof systems, creating energy savings and helping Patriot Roofing to maintain their achieving their values of code compliance and meeting manufacturers specifications in order for roofs to last longer.
Cortney Burks - Production Assistant
Cortney Burks is responsible for all aspects of project logistics. With an excellent attention to detail, Cortney has been instrumental in making sure that all Patriot Roofing projects are started, maintained and completed with professionalism and efficiency. Cortney works is the conduit between our production teams and management and our chain of distribution.
